This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds, cancellations, and your rights when purchasing from up-courses.com.

2. Nature of Our Products

Our courses are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase (access credentials and course materials are provided immediately). Because digital content is non-returnable once accessed or downloaded, refunds are limited as explained below.

3. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)

Under UK law, you generally have a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract and receive a full refund.

However, for digital content, this right is lost as soon as you begin accessing or downloading the content, provided you gave your express consent to waive the cooling-off period and acknowledged that you would lose your right to cancel once access begins. When you complete a purchase on our site, you explicitly agree to immediate delivery and waive the 14-day cancellation right for digital content once you access the course.

4. When Refunds Are Available

We may issue refunds in the following limited circumstances:

  • There is a technical issue preventing you from accessing the course that we cannot resolve within a reasonable time

Once you have logged in and accessed any part of the course, refunds are generally not available except in cases of proven non-conformity under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (e.g., the course is faulty or not as described).
